Flowers didn’t exactly match the description but my mom loved them and that’s all that matters.

I often buy flowers for my wife because I always seem to be in trouble. I've mainly stayed with the "big" companies, FTD, ProFlowers, etc. Horrible does not accurately describe those companies. They charge more money to ensure delivery before noon and no only do i ALWAYS get that money refunded but they almost always refund the entire purchase PLUS send me a credit for next time. Come now this experience. I farted around and didn't order our anniversary flowers until last night. I googled something and thank baby Jesus Les Fleurs popped up. I saw a picture of a beautiful arrangement and the price was much less then those other Yahoo!'s. So I quickly refocused and thought it would be like a meal you see on a restaurant advertisement (the picture looks all yummy and when you actually get it, it's...its, you get what I mean) I thought what the heck let's give it a try. My wife is used to disappointing flowers and the drama that ensues. I honestly didn't have much hope. With those other companies, when they make mistakes and you have to call them you're usually on hold forEVER. Since I ordered the flowers so late (way after they had closed, pretty sure it was closer to opening time) I wasn't even sure if they could pull it off. I get my first phone call from Ariel from Les Fleurs. The second I heard who it was from I gave myself a headache with the eye roll. I thought Jesus!!!! BUT it was Ariel greeting me and telling me that he was in receipt of my order and that he was working on it. He also said that he would deliver it before 2pm and would text me a picture of the finished product. True to his word he text me a picture and it was stunning! Guess who called me at 1:23pm letting me know the flowers were delivered? Yep, you guessed it! Ariel!! I am so excited to FINALLY have found an amazing florist who is not only fantastic but exhibits a quality that I hold in very high regard, communication. He showed me that he respected me, my time, his craft and my wanting to make my wife happy! Thank you Ariel!!! Thank you bloomnation for this amazing site, where have you been all my married life?
